Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Clean and cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.
• STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together chickpea flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt to make a thick batter.
• STEP 3.Add water gradually to the batter to achieve a smooth consistency.
• STEP 4.Marinate the fish pieces in the batter for 30 minutes.
• STEP 5.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
• STEP 6.Take each marinated fish piece and carefully drop it into the hot oil.
• STEP 7.Fry the fish pakodas until they turn golden brown and crispy.
• STEP 8.Remove the pakodas from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
• STEP 9.Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
