• Handful arugula
• Other optionsturkey breast cured italian meats, artichoke hearts, grilled zucchini, grilled portobello mushrooms
• 3 Cloves Garlic
• 2 ounce Fresh basil leaves about 1 cup packed down
• 2 tablespoon 0.25 cup plus olive oil
• 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
