• 1 cup Honey or maple syrup, or a combo
• 4 cup 32 ounces plain, fresh tomato sauce
• 12 ounce 3 cans organic tomato paste
• 2 cup Apple cider vinegar
• 2 teaspoon Dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon Kosher or pickling salt
• 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
