Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a bowl, combine the jerk seasoning, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar.
• STEP 2.Place the chicken pieces in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated.
• STEP 3.Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
