Directions : Crispy Pork Lard Recipe

STEP 1.Cut pork fats into cubs

STEP 2.If using pork belly then remove the meat from fats and then cut fats into pieces

STEP 3.1.add water in a pot and bring it to a boil

STEP 4.2.then add ginger and scallions

STEP 5.3.now add pork fat pieces and give it a boil,once it starts boiling take out the pork fat pieces and rinse it under running water.

STEP 6.4.then add oil in a wok and heat it over medium flame

STEP 7.5.add boiled pork fat cubes and when it starts releasing oil turn the has at low flame and continue frying until they are golden brown
