How to Make Crispy Pork Lard Recipe

STEP 01

Cut pork fats into cubs

STEP 02

If using pork belly then remove the meat from fats and then cut fats into pieces

STEP 03

1.add water in a pot and bring it to a boil

STEP 04

2.then add ginger and scallions

STEP 05

3.now add pork fat pieces and give it a boil,once it starts boiling take out the pork fat pieces and rinse it under running water.

4.then add oil in a wok and heat it over medium flame

STEP 07

5.add boiled pork fat cubes and when it starts releasing oil turn the has at low flame and continue frying until they are golden brown
