Ingredients For Crispy Orange Beef Recipe

• 3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
• 500 gram Beef steak i use sirloin, chopped into strips
• 2 tablespoon Cornflour/cornstarch not cornmeal
• pinch Pinch of salt and pepper
• 2 Juice large oranges
• 0.5 Zest an orange
• 3 tablespoon Caster sugar
• 5 tablespoon Soy sauce make sure its gluten free soy sauce if youre gluten intolerant
• 2 Cloves of garlic peeled and crushed
• 1 piece Thumb sized ginger peeled and finely chopped/grated
• 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
• 1 Red pepper sliced into chunks
• 1 Large onion peeled and sliced into chunks
• Boiled rice
• 4 Spring onions/scallions chopped on the diagonal
