Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, grated cheese, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and cornflour.
• STEP 2.Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined and form a dough-like consistency.
• STEP 3.Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a bullet shape.
• STEP 4.Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
• STEP 5.In a separate bowl, mix cornflour and water to make a slurry.
• STEP 6.Dip each bullet into the slurry and then roll it in breadcrumbs, ensuring it is coated evenly.
