STEP 1.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and saut garlic and onions in it until the onions turn translucent.
STEP 2.Now add in your tomatoes, thyme, garlic powder and basil and stir well.
STEP 3.Add in the kidney beans, black eyed beans and chickpeas to the pan along with garlic powder, cayene pepper, brown sugar, black pepper and salt.
STEP 4.Mix everything together and add washed rice, coconut milk and soy sauce.
STEP 5.Wash your cod fish and soak all of the extra moisture using paper towels.
STEP 6.Simmer ai and bring to a boil and cover the pan with a lid.
STEP 7.Cook it till the water dries up.
