Ingredients for Cook Up Recipe

  • 1/2 can black eyed peas
  • 1/2 can chick peas
  • 1/2 can kidney beans
  • 2 cup long grain parboiled rice
  • 1 can coconut milk, diluted with 4 cups water
  • 1/2 piece yellow onion, diced
  • 2 No.s cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon casareep
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • pinch A cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Cook Up Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and saut garlic and onions in it until the onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 2.Now add in your tomatoes, thyme, garlic powder and basil and stir well.
  • STEP 3.Add in the kidney beans, black eyed beans and chickpeas to the pan along with garlic powder, cayene pepper, brown sugar, black pepper and salt.
  • STEP 4.Mix everything together and add washed rice, coconut milk and soy sauce.
  • STEP 5.Wash your cod fish and soak all of the extra moisture using paper towels.
  • STEP 6.Simmer ai and bring to a boil and cover the pan with a lid.
  • STEP 7.Cook it till the water dries up.
