1.5 pound Beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
0.5 pound Ground Beef
1 can Beef broth
1 Large onion, finely chopped
0.5 cup Chopped Green Pepper
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1 can Chopped green chilies
1 Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded And Minced
2 can Chili beans, undrained
1 can Crushed Tomatoes
1 can Pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can Cannellini beans or red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can Tomato paste
2 tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
0.5 teaspoon Each pepper, white pepper and cayenne pepper
3 Drops hot pepper sauce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Optional
