• 4 Fresh peaches peeled and sliced
• 0.5 piece A large sweet onion cut into chunky
• 1 piece Medium yellow bell pepper cut into chunky
• 0.25 cup A olive oil
• 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Ground sage
• 1 teaspoon Garlic salt
• 0.25 teaspoon A red pepper flakes
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• 0.5 cup A bbq sauce use your personal favourite
