Directions : Chicken Lo Mein Recipe

STEP 1.Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.

STEP 1.In a medium bowl toss the chicken, with ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Heat some oil in a large wok and stir the chicken pieces in it.

STEP 1.Stir the chicken well and allow it to brown for 5 minutes or until its brown. Remove from the heat and set aside don

STEP 1.Add more oil and saute the veggies till they soften stirring regularly. Add the chicken back to wok along with the cooked noodles and prepared sauce. Toss everything together. Garnish with green onions and serve steaming hot.
