• 1 cup Corn defrosted or drained
• 2 cup Grape tomatoes halved
• 1 Avocado thinly sliced
• 2 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
• 0.25 cup Red onion diced
• 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
• Cilantro, feta cheese and limes for serving
