Ingredients For Cauliflower Bacon Salad Recipe

• 1 Head cauliflower, cut into florets
• 3 Hard boiled eggs, diced
• 0.5 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 0.25 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
• Dressing
• 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
• 0.5 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
• 0.5 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, we used old bay
• 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
• As required Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
