• 0.25 cup 1a all purpose flour
• 0.5 teaspoon 1a salt
• 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoon Lard, shortening, or butter, cut in small cubes
• 0.25 cup A water
• 0.25 cup A 0% fat milk
• 1 teaspoon Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
• 1 Beaten egg, to seal and brush
