• 0.25 cup Honey
• 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt, or more to taste
• 4 cup Small diced broccoli florets
• 4 cup Small diced cauliflower florets
• 8 ounce Bacon, diced and sauteed until crisp and drained
• 1.25 cup Small cubed colby jack cheese
• 0.5 cup Chopped red onion, rinsed under water and drained
