• 1 Recipe garlicky focaccia croutons
• 4 cup Thinly sliced romaine lettuce
• 4 cup Fresh baby spinach
• 6 Medium red and/or yellow heirloom tomatoes, chopped and/or sliced
• 1 Recipe dilled avocado dressing
• 1 Ripe avocado, halved, seeded, peeled, and mashed
• 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
• 0.5 cup Sour cream
• 3 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 3 tablespoon Snipped fresh dill
• 0.25 cup Milk
• 0.5 teaspoon Garlic salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
• 3 cup 1/2 inch cubes garlic foccacia
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
