Directions : Beggars Chicken Recipe

STEP 1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees.

STEP 1.Rub chicken with soy sauce, ginger, salt. Leave in bowl for 30 minutes.

STEP 1. Heat shallot oil and fry mushroom, bamboo shoot and szechuan vegetables for 3 minutes

STEP 2.Lay out a piece of parchment paper into pieces of foil, and wrap the chicken.

STEP 3.Leave it in the oven for 1.5 hours.

STEP 4.Serve it cut open with the stuffing.
