• 6 Slices bacon cooked and crumbled, reserve some of the bacon grease for the recipe
• 1 tablespoon Butter
• 1 Small onion diced
• 3 tablespoon All purpose flour
• 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 12 ounce Beer i used sam adams lager
• 2.5 cup Milk
• 2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
• 0.33000000000000007 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
