Ingredients For Vegan Banana Bread Recipe

• 2 cup Bananas 1 mashed banana
• 0.5 cup Sugar heaped, preferably cane sugar
• 0.5 cup Oil any neutral oil would work. i used mazzola
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
• 1.5 teaspoon Baking powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 teaspoon Lemon zest optional
• 2 cup All purpose flour i used organic unbleached flour
• 5 Walnuts roughly chopped
• 5 Pecans to garnish, optional
• 1 teaspoon Slivered almonds to garnish, optional
