• 1 cup small head of cauliflower  , 3 1/2 16 ounces, stem removed cut into florets
• 1.5 cup fat free chicken broth
• 1.5 cup 1% reduced fat milk
• salt and freshly cracked black pepper
• 0.5 cup light sour cream
• 10 tablespoon reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 6 tablespoon chopped chives, divided
• 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
