Ingredients For Bacon Wrapped Sausage Stuffing Recipe

• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 3 tablespoon Butter
• 2 Celery stalks diced
• 1 Large onion chopped
• 1 pound Sausage meat of your choice i use a plain sausage as opposed to italian
• A small handful of fresh sage finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon Bells seasoning optional
• 0.5 teaspoon Chopped fresh thyme
• Pepper
• 1 cup Large stale breadcrumbs
• 5.5 cup Chicken stock
• 1 Large egg
• 12 Strips of bacon
