• As required Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
• 6 ounce Lo mein egg noodles
• 2 Carrots, sliced into thin rounds
• 1 Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 Bag fresh baby spinach
• As required Sriracha/hot sauce, to taste, optional
