STEP 1.1 - add water and cinnamon sticks to a pan and boil it for 5 minutes.
STEP 2.2 - wash your rice with hot water to get rid of starch.
STEP 3.3 - add it to the pan and let simmer for 10 minutes.
STEP 4.4 - now add milk to the pot.
STEP 5.4 - cover and cook for 10 minutes.
STEP 6.5 - now add condensed milk and sugar and give it a nice stir.
STEP 7.6 - cook for another 10 minutes and add milk, cinnamon powder.
STEP 8.7 - mix it well.
