  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 2 No.s cinnamon sticks
  • 1 can Condensed milk
  • As required Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Directions: Aroz Con Leche Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 - add water and cinnamon sticks to a pan and boil it for 5 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 - wash your rice with hot water to get rid of starch.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 - add it to the pan and let simmer for 10 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 - now add milk to the pot.

step 5

  • STEP 5.4 - cover and cook for 10 minutes.

step 6

  • STEP 6.5 - now add condensed milk and sugar and give it a nice stir.

step 7

  • STEP 7.6 - cook for another 10 minutes and add milk, cinnamon powder.

step 8

  • STEP 8.7 - mix it well.
