  • 1 cup white rice
  • 6 cup Water
  • 2 stick Cinnamon
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 ounce 12 container evaporated milk
  • 1 ounce 14 container sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup raisin
  • 2 cup Milk

Directions: Pumpkin Aroz Con Leche Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a large pot add rice and cinnamon and cloves

step 2

  • STEP 2.Boil for until the rice is cooked

step 3

  • STEP 3.Drain the liquid

step 4

  • STEP 4.Remove the cinnamon and cloves

step 5

  • STEP 5.Return the rice in a pot

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add pumpkin puree, evaporated milk , sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, raisins and milk

step 7

  • STEP 7.Mix well and mash the pumpkins with spoon

step 8

  • STEP 8.Cover and bring to simmer

step 9

  • STEP 9.Let cool before chilling

step 10

  • STEP 10.Serve chilled
