Almond Chicken also known as Badami chicken is another delicacy from Mughlai cuisine. It has a rich taste with a cruncy & creamy texture from the almond paste & cream that is used for the gravy.

STEP 1.Soak the almonds for about 1 hour & then make a paste with the green chillies along with the siaked water.Keep aside.
STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan ,add the garam masala like cardamon, cinnamon, cloves & fennel seeds.
STEP 3.Fry the chopped onions till it changes it's colour ,then add the garlic ginger paste & stir well.
STEP 4.Add the almind, green chilli paste & cook on low flame.
STEP 5.Next add the cumin corriander powder & cook with little luck wam water to prevent the masala from getting burnt.Cook till the oil separates from the masala.
STEP 6.Now add the yogurt & chicken pieces .Cover & cook till the chicken became soft.
STEP 7.Now add the cream, kewra water ,required salt, pepper & luck warm water as needed.
STEP 8.Cook for another 5 mints.
STEP 9.Serve the delicious, healthy, creamy & nutty almond chicken with phulkas, parathas or pulao .
