  • STEP 1.In a blender, grind almonds, yogurt, ginger, garlic, green chili, and spices to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the chicken pieces in the almond paste for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • STEP 4.Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
