We’re in 2026 now, and if you’re already thinking about food, all day, there is a solution to satiate those cravings. This is where food pop-ups and food-related activities come into play. Pop-up restaurants and pop-up eateries are held in a variety of locations, including bars, arcades, bowling alleys, theatres, existing restaurants on their off days, and even the homes of chefs. A pop-up restaurant can be anything from a food tent set up for a few months at a nearby outdoor market to the exclusivity of a one-night takeover of a nearby restaurant. Many experienced and aspiring restaurateurs are increasingly using the short-term pop-up idea to build community ties, generate awareness, and get feedback. They're also a fantastic method to begin forming alliances with other nearby companies and fostering connections with the community. And here is a list of the must-visit food pop ups across India you should try:

Quiet Heat: JSan Goa X Conversation Room

‘Quiet Heat’ sneaks into the Conversation Room like a secret that only those who notice may see. For one evening, JSan Goa and Conversation Room come together to create something personal, purposeful, and full of slow-burning intensity rather than to make a big impression. With a modern izakaya conceived as a vibe rather than a menu, the pop offers Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice Chicken Karaage and Tomato Geotjeori. The Yakitori is like a second chapter, with pork belly kakuni, kosho-butter-brushed ebi, and slightly scorched veggies that are soothed by saikyo miso. Warm and comforting, bowls of Soy Kinoko Tantanmen ramen and Hakata Pork Tonkotsu close the circle and entice you to linger a bit longer. And ofcourse, the cocktails take up all the spotlight to converse. Bangkok Curry is slow, warm, and layered; New York Slice is crisp and flavourful; and Still LIIT is something smooth and familiar. Visiting this pop-up means the tastes will linger, longer after you’ve returned home.
