Slurrp’s Great Indian Cookout, brought to you by USHA, in association with Aashirvaad and Foodies Only, is a fiesta that celebrates the best of Indian and fusion cooking with some of India’s best celebrity chefs. Between November 1, 2025 and November 22, 2025 - the cookout spans four different cities in its fourth edition - kicking off in Mumbai before moving to Kolkata and Bangalore, and concluding in Delhi. And in 2025, you can be a part of the action!

With Chef Neha Deepak Shah bringing her sparkle to all four cities, she will also be joined by chefs Amrita Raichand and Akanksha Saigal in Mumbai, chefs Doma Wang and Shaun Kenworthy in Kolkata, chefs Nishant Choubey and Anahita Dhondy in Delhi as well as chefs Kalyan Gopalakrishna and Shri Bala in Bangalore. This edition’s all about celebrating the vibrancy and versatility of Indian street food - from Gully to Gourmet - where home chefs and creators have a chance to engage in one-on-one discussions with the chefs, experience hands-on learning, cultivate one’s passion for all things food with expert guidance as well as have their kitchen queries resolved. What’s more? Handpicked winners from the auditions will also have a chance to star in an OTTPlay exclusive series, cooking shoulder to shoulder with some of the top chefs across the country. As we make our way through 8,000+ entries, we hope to spot the next up and coming culinary star, whose love for cooking shines brighter than the rest.
