It looks like she is having a two-in-one flavour, that of butterscotch and chocolate. As she licks the ice cream, we are already drooling. Do you want to have ice cream too? Here are a few recipes that you can make at home and bear the summer season.

1.  Rose Petal Ice Cream

Also known as gulkand, the rose petal ice cream is creamy and smooth. This light-pink ice cream is a heavenly delight that literally feels like rose is touching your lips. All you need to make this are fresh cream, rose syrup, milk and gulkand. The rose petal preserve is the highlight of the dessert.

2.  Jamun Ice Cream

Want to have a purple-coloured ice cream? We say, pick the jamuns and make some ice cream right away. The sweet and tangy flavour of jamun reminds one of the lush green fields on a hot summer day. They are not only refreshing but also lend the ice cream a delectable flavour. The Jamun ice cream has a slight addition of lemon juice and works wonders to balance the sweetness.

3.  Eggless Chocolate Ice Cream

A shout out to all the chocolate lovers. You needn’t wait for your ice cream to arrive when you can simply use that chocolate bar that you’ve been munching, to make some yourself. Full of cocoa powder and choco chips, the ice cream tastes absolutely delish.
