Fresh and easy plum ice cream recipe: Are you kids coping up with this steamy weather? If yes, then pick this perfect plum ice cream for relief. The plums are loaded with nutritional components of vitamins and minerals. They are a powerhouse of vitamins A, C, K, B1, and minerals like magnesium, zinc, and folate. It's healthy to eat in any form. For plum ice cream, you need four essential ingredients and a few steps.

Plum Ice Cream 


  • 500 grams of fresh ripened red plums (deseeded )
  • 2 cup whipped cream (heavy cream / double cream)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1-2 drop of vanilla essence


  1. Blend the deseeded plums in the blender until it converts into a smooth thick paste.
  2. Take a saute pan, pour this mixture into it and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat until it starts changing its colour or slightly thickens up. Keep stirring in this step.
  3. Remove the pan and keep it aside to cool.
  4. Take a whipped cream in a large bowl. Whip both the mixture until it starts stiff peaks.
  5. Once you have whipped the mixture of cooked plum and whipped cream, now is the time to add condensed milk, lemon juice (if you’re using it), and vanilla essence.
  6. Mix thoroughly with the help of a silicone spatula.
  7. Transfer this mixture to a lidded container. Or, if you don’t have that much large container, you can cover this with cling wrap.
  8. Refrigerate for 6-7 hours or overnight in the freezer.
  9. Take out the ice cream before 5 minutes of serving.

Your Plum ice cream is ready. Scoop it and enjoy it with kids!!
