Cove

Cove, which can accommodate about 130 people, is divided into several zones, such as a central bar area, a mezzanine-level VIP lounge, a main dining and party floor and a private dining room that can be tailored for private events. A resident DJ booth with a view of the main floor is also located within the venue. Akash Roy created the interiors, which use textured materials, dark hues, and sculptural shapes to evoke the idea of a modern “cave.” Lighting design by Glowz Lighting Design allows the space to shift in mood from daytime dining to late-night entertainment. For Republic Day 2026, Cove's menu features a cosmopolitan twist and fresh ingredients that represent the country. Start with the Avocado Molcajate, a vivid and delightful appetiser that is creamy and tangy. The Royal Veg California Roll comes next, offering a light, filling mouthful with crisp vegetables and subtle textures. The Crispy Spinach Taco Bao, with a flavourful, zesty spinach filling, is the major attraction. The Margherita Buffaloni Pizza is a must-try; it's a classic made with rich tomato sauce, oozy mozzarella, and fragrant basil.

The Yellow Straw

This is a chain of juice bars in Kolkata known for serving a variety of juices, shakes, smoothies and quick bites. They don’t chop or grind the vegetables and fruits, they squeeze it instead in order to retain all the nutrients and minimise oxidation. They have laid out their menu interestingly, stating the health benefits beside each ‘fusion’ option. And for Republic Day as well, they have a super healthy tri-colour juice combo ready for you. This trio of cool drinks is essentially a glass-based hydration party. Sip on 300 ml cold-pressed orange juice for a natural vitamin C boost, followed by 300 ml pineapple refresher blended with mint, lemon, and honey to cool, cleanse, and aid digestion. Round it off with a 300 ml lemon mint cooler with ice, sugar, and a pinch of salt, perfect for restoring electrolytes and beating the heat.

The smorgasbord is finished with refreshing house-made lemonades, such as Orange Basil, Classic Mint, and Green Apple, or the festive Trio Special Lemonade, which has layered citrus flavours for a bright, joyous sip.

Crispy Lotus Stem, Calamari, and Buttermilk Fried Chicken are crunchy starters, while Wild Mushroom Dimsum in Tom Kha soup adds a warm, reassuring element.
