While you may want to stick to a few classic cocktails, we have a list of amazing recipes for you that would make you reconsider your decision. Enjoy nip in the air with extremely cosy vibes and sip these sundowner special cocktails suggested by various experts.

Watermelon & Basil Martini 

Ingredients:

  • 60Ml Fresh Watermelon Juice
  • 2 Basil Leaves
  • 60ml Vodka
  • 60ml Lemon Juice

Method:

  • Fresh Watermelon 2/3 Cubes Muddled With Basil Leaves .
  • Adding All The Rest Ingredients
  • Hard Shaken & Double Strained in Martini Glass
  • Garnish Watermelon Ball/Slice & Basil Spring

Mulled Wine

Mulled Wine

 

Ingredients
  • 1 Bottle of full bodied red wine
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise 
  • 4 large slices fresh ginger
  • 50ml. Sugar syrup
  • 60ml Cognac/Brandy
  • Lemon, to taste 

Method 

  • Add the wine, orange slices, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, ginger and Sugar Syrup into a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, cover and turn down to a simmer.
  • Keep simmering for 15 minutes or up to 3 hours. Do not boil as this will evaporate the alcohol!
  • Strain with a bowl underneath.  
  • Put back into the saucepan and add the Cognac or brandy.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Fresh Sea buckthorn juice concentrate
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • 60ml Vodka
  • 20ml Soda
  • 2 no Basil leaves 
  • Ice cubes few cubes 
  • Orange peel garnish

Method 

  • Take the shaker, add all the ingredients together except soda. 
  • Put ice in the glass to chill it. 
  • Throw the ice once the glass is chilled, shake the shaker and double strain the drink into the glass. 
  • Top it with soda and put basil leaves as garnish and put orange peel as garnish in a Glass.

Fuku Sour

Fuku Sour is PaPaYa’s own version of Whisky Sour from PaPaYa Gurgaon 

Ingredients: 

  • 60ml Vodka
  • 25ml Lime
  • 30ml Melon Syrup
  • 30ml Egg white

Method: 

  • Take Cocktail mixer glass; add vodka, lime, melon syrup and egg white. 
  • Shake it really well for 30-45 seconds 
  • Serve it in a Margarita Glass and top it up with edible flower.
