Before the Grammys become a blur of awards, speeches, and viral performances, there’s another interesting aspect to it- the food. The 68th Annual Grammy Awards took place at Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena on February 1, 2026. While the world observes stars walk the red carpet in glimmering dresses inside the venue, the chefs behind the stage work just as hard to impress the guests. At the Grammys 2026, the menu was not just an afterthought or filler between the performances. It was carefully curated to keep artists full of energy through the night, be an ice breaker at the tables, and offer comfort once the crowd thinned and the spotlight dimmed.

From snackable bites to late-night dishes and signature cocktails and drinks, the food at Grammy's 2026 reflected the mood of the night. The menu was curated by Levy Restaurants in partnership with the AEG-owned venue. Curated by Levy Restaurants in partnership with the AEG-owned venue, the menu emphasised small, flavour-packed plates that guests could comfortably enjoy while watching the awards show. Latin American flavours took the centre stage, bringing bold spices, colourful accents, and familiar taste to the table. The spread moved across cultures, offering a mix of textures that kept each bite enjoyable. Created as refined, bite-sized portions rather than big, heavy meals, the dishes fitted the vibe of the night.

Here is a closer look at what the stars at music’s biggest night ate and sipped.

Bold Snacks To Start The Night

The menu started with vibrant, snackable bites that set the tone of the night further. In premium zones, guests munched on a Latin-inspired snack mix that had a mix of Tajín-dusted corn nuts, lime-salted popcorn, chilli-dried mango, and Doritos Chile Limón Dinamita. The balance of tangy, spicy, and salty made it a perfect munching partner between award segments.

The arena served somewhere around 272 kg of short ribs, 15000 shrimp, 12000 sushi pieces and more than 2000 glasses of champagne. Sustainability was the main focus, as the leftover food was redistributed through Musically Fed to those in need.

Botana Boards: Shareable Signature Spread

One thing that drew attention was the Botana Board, a shareable platter deeply rooted in the Mexican tradition. It had mole verde, mole rojo, and mole negro, along with longaniza sausage, vegetarian and pork belly chicharrón, plantain chips, roasted garlic white beans, and fruit escabeche. This display offered a layered mix of creamy sauces, savoury meat bites, crunchy chips, and tangy pickles, everything ideal for having in between indulging in conversation and having a bite.

Elevated Plates In Private Suites

In the Grammy luxury suites, the food served had a more elevated but approachable feel. Highlights included:

Tortilla kabobs with lime-marinated chicken and adobada grass-fed beef

Duck carnitas flatbread topped with Tapatío-cured egg yolk and queso Oaxaca

Nopales Milano torta, having crispy cactus leaf with serrano citrus slaw

Mezcal-braised beef short rib with fried potato wedges and garlic fried rice

These dishes gave a rich texture and bold flavours to the board, holding together traditional Latin ingredients with modern cooking tips.

Elegant Bites In Club Lounges

The Delta SKY360° Club served more refined, temperate options. As per reports, guests enjoyed “On-Sen Ramen” devilled eggs with char siu bacon and Szechuan chilli crunch, and pressed bluefin tuna crudo paired with pickled peppers and chives. The portions were smaller and easy to munch between performances.

Comfort Food After The Show

Once the ceremony ended, the atmosphere shifted toward comfort food at the Post-Grammys Gala. Late-night meals included smoked salmon cannoli, Manhattan chicken bites glazed in bourbon-orange barbecue sauce, dirty martini fries spiced with gin-soaked olives, and sweet pea ravioli with carbonara mousse. These dishes mixed savoury comfort with playful, vibrant flavours.

Cocktails And Signature Sips

No Grammy night can be completed without sipping on drinks. Celebrity guests sipped exclusive cocktails like the Wild Flower (gin, yuzu, pear puree), Chocolate & Orange Manhattan (whiskey and chocolate bitters), and the bubbly GRAMMY 68, a blend of Perrier-Jouët Champagne with blood orange caviar.

With Latin-inspired snacks, elegant small portions, late-night comfort dishes, and custom-made cocktails, the Grammys 2026 menu was as myriad and stylish as the music honoured that night, a culinary playlist worth tasting.
