Born in Gujarat, this coconut delicacy is called Kopra Pak, nariyal ki barfi, kobbari barfi, nariyal barfi, tengai barfi, and several other names. For more flavour, add cardamom seeds to the ghee before adding the coconut and let it cook for a few seconds, letting its aroma envelop the other ingredients. After cooking, it needs to be transferred to a greased plate, spread evenly, and left to cool for an hour. It's then cut into squares and served.
