If there's anything Indians love as much, if not more, as our own traditional Indian cuisine, it has to be Chinese food. Well, not the authentic one but what we can easily term as 'desi-Chinese'! A fusion of tantalising desi flavours with Chinese recipes, Indo-Chinese food has taken over our world like nothing else. The variety of flavours and a surge of spices in a plate of chilli chicken or paneer has impressed us to the very core. That it is all we want at restaurants as well as street-side vendors, are we obsessed? Maybe, yes. What's more interesting is how exceptionally easy some of these Indo-Chinese recipes are.
Noodles, Manchurian, chilly potato and fried rice became an exceptionally common sight in our house during the lockdown, when we started experimenting more.
