Its  time to celebrate with high spirits by indulging in some enticing Rum cocktails. Here are 4 easy-to-make cocktail options that you can try at home and spend a cozy evening while sipping these cocktails: 



50ml 1965 Premium XXX Rum 

50ml white rum 

1 passion fruit 

1 orange, juiced 

1 lemon, juiced 

50ml sugar syrup 

2 tsp grenadine 

Cocktail cherries & an orange slice to garnish 

Method: Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Scoop the flesh and seeds from the passion fruit and add to the shaker along with the orange and lemon juices, sugar syrup and grenadine. Shake it well and garnish with an orange slice coupled with cocktail cherries. Enjoy its pleasing taste and celebrate World Rum Day with a reviving spirit. 

1965 Lemon Dash Rum Punch Recipe 


1965 Spirit of Victory Lemon Dash Rum- ¾ cup (180ml) 

Pineapple juice- 1 cup (250ml) 

Orange juice- 1 cup (250ml) 

Lemon juice- 30ml 

Grenadine syrup 

Orange, lemon or pineapple slices for garnishing 

Maraschino cherries 

Method: Pour pineapple juice, orange juice and fresh lemon juice into a pitcher. Mix it with 1965 Spirit of Victory Lemon Dash Rum and let the zesty & pulpy notes of fresh lemons in the rum work their magic. Refrigerate the pitcher. In a hurricane glass (or a highball glass) pour 1 tsp of grenadine syrup. It adds sweetness and colour to the drink. Fill up the glass with ice cubes and pour the punch mix from the pitcher. Garnish with slices of lemon, orange, or pineapple, and top it up with cherries. The spiciness from rum and refreshing notes from exotic lemons would surely inspirit your day. 

Dark and Stormy 


50ml 1965 Premium XXX Rum 

25ml fresh lime juice 

2 dashes of Angostura bitters 

100ml chilled ginger beer 

5ml sugar syrup (optional) 

Method: Put all the ingredients in a Collins or Highball glass over lots of ice and stir gently. Garnish with a wedge of lime and you're all set to enjoy a rich, spiced flavoured rum cocktail with a citrusy touch. Wishing you all a high-spirited.   

Rum Old-Fashioned 


50 ml 1965 Premium XXX Rum 

Few dashes of orange bitters 

1 tbs of sugar syrup 


Strip of orange peel to garnish 

Method: Put half the rum, the sugar syrup and bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice cubes and stir slowly until the outside of the glass feels cold. Add rest of the rum and a few more ice cubes, then stir gently. Garnish with the strip of orange peel and enjoy.
