Healthy Beauty Bombs for Winter: For all you who believe that beauty should be inside out, here's your recipe for a simple, easy to make and super-delicious beauty bomb. Yes, you read it right. Made with nourishing ingredients like dates, apricots, and almonds, this bomb is full of vitamin E and other required fatty acids, including omega 3 and 6, which provide umpteen nourishment to skin, hair and nails. Moreover, it is boosted with the well-known superfood A2 Cow Ghee from Azafran.  

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ghee 
  • 75g dried chopped apricots 
  • 25g seedless dates 
  • 25 g chopped almonds 
  • 50-75g rolled oats 
  • 25-30g whole almonds 
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder 

Method 

  1. Mix all the ingredients and run in the food processor at medium speed until a sandy mixture is formed. 
  2. Add 1 tbsp ghee to combine the mix furthermore. 
  3. Take the mixture out and roll it into small balls. 
  4. Roll the balls in oats to add some texture and store them in an airtight container. 
  5. Eat one at a time and satiate your sweet cravings minus the guilt. 

Mocha Shortbread: These melt-in-your-mouth shortbreads are made with white chocolate and dressed in pretty bows and ribbons. This is when you can get creative and have some fun with your cookie decorating and gift these shortbreads at Christmas.

  • Preparation time: 30 minutes 
  • Cooking time: 30 minutes 
  • Servings: 10 

Ingredients

  • 100 gm powdered brown sugar 
  • 60 gm cocoa powder 
  • 250 gm butter 
  • 295 gm whole wheat flour 
  • 25 gm cornflour 
  • 2 gm salt 
  • 1 stick vanilla 
  • 8 gm coffee powder 
  • 90 gm white chocolate 

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter, powdered brown sugar and cocoa powder. 
  2. When fluffy, add in the remaining ingredients. 
  3. Pour the mixture in a lined baking mould and press gently. 
  4. Bake in the oven for about 18 to 20 minutes at 180*c. 

Healthy Greek Yoghurt Dip: We all know how healthy Greek yoghurt is; what if you could turn it into a super-delicious yet nutritiously healthy dip? Add dollops of garlic-infused oil to enrich its taste, packed with a generous dose of nutrition and unadulterated wholesomeness. 

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp garlic infused olive oil 
  • 1 cup greek yoghurt 
  • 1tsp onion powder 
  • 1tsp pepper powder 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • Few basil leaves for garnish 

Method 

  1. Take a cup of cold plain yoghurt as it gives a rich creaminess to the dip. 
  2. Add onion powder and thyme to the yoghurt. Then add the salt along with a pinch of pepper. 
  3. Add olive oil and lime juice. The lime juice will give extra tanginess to the yoghurt. Garnish with chopped basil leaves. Serve chilled.
