While the thought of oreo pakoda might disgust us, it has been selling like hotcakes for the past 15 years in the city, receiving the love of kids and adults alike. In lieu of this race to garner attention and create something out of the box, Ahemdabad has managed to surprise (or shock) us yet again.
Recently, a netizen who goes by the name @dhuandhaar shared a video of paan brownie on his Twitter handle. The video is captioned saying, “Pan and Browny Combo. Only from Ahmedabad, Gujarat”. The creation has been attributed to an eatery in Ahemdabad and has grabbed many eyeballs since it went viral on social media. Take a look.

In the 12-second short video, we can see a hot plate being placed on a wooden board covered with foil. Chocolate sauce is poured over the hot plate and a piece of fudgy brownie is placed in the center. Next, we see a scoop of green mint ice cream topped on to the chocolate brownie and slathered with a little more chocolate sauce. Till this moment, all seems normal but what we see next blows away our minds. The man places a meetha paan filled with nuts on top of the brownie sundae.
A groovy and trending audio plays in the background of the video as the man prepares this unique paan brownie combo. Since the video went viral, it has garnered about 155k views and a host of mixed reactions. On one hand, a lot of people have criticized the eatery for ruining the two dishes but on the other hand, the eatery has commented on the post saying, “This is located at Carnival Food Park, Ahmedabad , You are welcome to try Amazing dish #pan_brownie”.
