The spread has chicken pepper fry and avial from Kerala, bhuna gosht and pindi chole from Punjab, komdicha rasa and mutton sukkha from Maharashtra, dhokla from Gujarat, murgh baradhari and lagan ka paneer from Lucknow, and laal maas, murgh ka soyaeta and gatte ki sabzi from Rajasthan.
