Delhi NCR restaurants are totally leaning into summer this season, and the menus feel far more thoughtful than the usual mango-and-mint excess. Across the city, chefs are making seasonal dishes around the cooling ingredients, tropical fruits, light curries and refreshing cocktails that truly suit the heat. From gondhoraj fish tikka and kokum ceviche to mango phirni and guava chilli soft serve, the summer menus in Delhi NCR feel playful, nostalgic and soothing all at once.

What makes these menus stand out is how deeply they reflect regional ingredients and seasonal eating habits rather than just adding a few summer drinks to the regular menus. Some honour mangoes in festive style, while others concentrate on tropical cocktails, chilled desserts or lighter South Indian dishes ideal for warm evenings. Whether you are planning for a relaxed lunch, a café visit or a dinner with your loved one, these seasonal menus are worth trying before they vanish with the end of the season.
