Actress Kriti Kharbanda turns 32 today and she is busy ringing in the day with her boyfriend, actor Pulkit Samrat. The Shaadi Me Zaroor Aana fame actress is as popular down South as she is in the Hindi film industry. With a career trajectory that will only shoot upwards, Kriti is also known to be extremely fit and beautiful. She is very dedicated towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle but at the same time, her disciplined diet also has the cope to accommodate some of her favourite dishes without which she cannot live. Kriti, like several others, believes in the power of intermittent fasting. She fasts for around 16 hours, which means, she has a gap of 16 hours between the last meal of the day and the first meal of the next day. The dish that she breaks her fast with is some warm water with jeera and dhania. She believes that increases her immunity and makes her ready for the day. Next, she likes to have a hot cup of black coffee. For breakfast, Kriti loves to gorge on fresh fruits. So, her mornings always start on a healthy note.

Kriti credits her fitness to working out and staying hydrated all the time. She has 8-10 glasses of water every day, depending upon the weather and humidity. She works out rigorously and unlike many others, her go-to post workout meal is not something fancy or artificial, the actress likes to have a bowl full of fresh pomegranates. She is also a huge fan of homemade food and enjoys all kinds of Indian cuisines – starting from Bengali to South Indian to North Indian. Kriti is also not known to be a party girl and returns back home by 11pm. She does not like to have food very late in the evening due to intermittent fasting.
