Green leafy vegetables may not be loved so much because of their bland taste but they are highly beneficial for the body in so many ways.  For those who don’t know, literally, every green leafy vegetable can help you in your weight loss journey. Experts believe that if one wants to lose weight quickly, he or she should fill half of the plate with veggies, and if it is the leafy greens, it can work like magic.
