Here are three amazing drinks that you can make at home easily, and consume first thing in the morning.  

1. Pineapple Juice  

As per experts, pineapple is full of bromelain, which aids and smoothens the process of digestion and cuts down inflammation. It also helps boost metabolism. The juice also has lemon, which is known to be rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants that boost immunity and regulate satiety and body weight. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple (finely chopped) 
  • 1 tbsp lime juice 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder 
  • Black salt, to taste

Method: 

  • Put the pineapple pieces into a blender, and blend well. 
  • Now, pour the pineapple juice into a glass and add cinnamon powder, lime juice, and black salt. 
  • Stir the mixture well.

 

2. Green Tea And Mint

If belly fat is your main concern, this green tea with mint can be your perfect partner in the weight loss journey. The caffeine present in green tea acts as a stimulant that has been proven to aid the fat burning process. Green tea is also packed with antioxidants, known as catechins that aid weight loss by mobilising fat. Besides, mint stimulates digestive enzymes, which help facilitate better absorption of nutrients from food, which is tied with better metabolism. 

Ingredients:  

  • 1 tbsp green tea leaves/1 tea bag 
  • 4-5 mint leaves 
  • 1 cup hot water

Method: 

  • Add one cup of hot water and mint leaves and bring it to a boil. Let it boil for 5 more minutes. 
  • Now, add green tea leaves and let them soak for 5 minutes. 
  • Strain and pour the boiled water into a tea mug.  
  • You can add a bit of honey for flavour.

3. Ginger And Lemon Water

Ginger is known to work wonders for our digestive health. Ginger protects and heals the gut, fastens the movement of food through the gastrointestinal tract, and reduces bloating and cramps. Add to it, lemon which is a rich source of Vitamin C and works as a detoxifying agent. 

Ingredients:  

  • 1 inch ginger root 
  • 1 tsp of lime juice 
  • 1 cup water 
  • ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder 

Method: 

  • Cut ginger in small pieces and blend in a blender. 
  • Add water and blend it well. 
  • Take a glass and pour the blended ginger water into it. 
  • Add lime juice and roasted cumin powder.  
  • Stir well before drinking.
