However, you can save your food from getting spoiled by following a few tips such tips. These will help you to keep your food fresh for a long time.

Milk

Milk is something that is needed every day. But if it is not stored correctly, it turns sour within a day or two. So, if you have brought milk in bulk and you are not going to use it for a day or two, don't worry. All you need to do is to put it in the fridge. However, if you keep it in a can or a vessel, take out some milk because its volume increases after freezing. Your milk does not spoil for about four to six weeks.

Eggs

Many of us buy the entire crate of eggs but don't use it in one day. For instance, sometimes egg white is used, and egg yolk gets wasted. To keep eggs fresh, simply break the shells, put them in different sections of the ice cube tray, and keep them in the freezer. Then, you can use them whenever you need them later.

Tomatoes

To keep tomatoes fresh for long, do not keep them in the fridge as this changes both their texture and taste. Instead, to maintain the freshness of tomatoes, keep them in a vegetable basket on the countertop. Apart from tomatoes, potatoes, onions should also not be kept in the fridge.

Apple

Apple is one such fruit that remains fresh for a long time compared to other fruits. Therefore, while keeping them in the fridge, you have to ensure that they don't contact each other. If you have to keep them fresh for a long time, you should wrap each apple in the newspaper.

So, with the above kitchen hacks, you don't have to worry about food spoilage.
