These two ingredients make the most amazing snack of all time - paneer cheese pockets! This snack is healthy and tasty and should be relished along with a hot cup of tea as an evening snack. Ingredients:
Paneer cubes
Cheese cubes
All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Water to make slurry
Breadcrumbs
Oil to deep fry
Method:
In a bowl, take some all purpose four + pepper + chilli flakes + garlic powder + oregano + salt. Mix them well and pour some water to make a slurry.
Take some cheese and cut it in to cubes. Repeat the same with paneer. Stack the paneer and cheese cubes as shown in the video.
Dip the cubes in the slurry. Coat them with breadcrumbs well. Deep fry and relish fresh.
