It seems the case is the same with Sara Ali Khan who is a self-confessed foodie. The ‘Kedarnath’ actor is currently in London with her mother Amrita Singh, and isn’t missing out on even a single opportunity to gorge on delicious grub while being there. Now, Sara is back with her latest indulgence, as she shared a photo on Instagram Stories, and it was enough to make us slurp. The actor enjoyed a cup of what looked like hot chocolate, and we could also spot a jug filled with the same hot beverage alongside. And the location was a popular French-style bakery called Laduree. The 159-year-old luxury bakery is known for the double-decker macarons, 15,000 of which are said to be sold every day! And guess what, the bakery also made its India debut in 2021, with its first store in Delhi’s iconic Khan Market.

Coming back to Sara’s stint at the bakery, she shared a drool-worthy image of her cup of hot chocolate and added a sticker that read, “So cozy”, and we could totally relate to her. Take a look:

Melted chocolate mixed with cocoa powder topped with shaved chocolate or dollops of whipped cream, hot chocolate can make sweet lovers slurp with just a mention. While it has been associated with winters and 'snowy days' especially in western countries, over the years this decadent drink has become a symbol of winter months all over the world now. One can spot several cups of hot chocolate being served across bakeries in India during the months of December-February as well.

However, did you know you can make hot chocolate at home too? After all, making the perfect cup of hot chocolate isn't too difficult. All you'd need is milk and chocolate powder. To start with, you can first make the most basic of hot chocolates. The best part is you can make your cup of hot chocolate as simple and as extravagant as you want it to be. During the peak winter season, many people add a few spices like cardamom pods, cloves and cinnamon sticks to make a cup of warm masala hot chocolate. Here is a quick and easy hot chocolate recipe you can try at home.

Coming back to Sara Ali Khan, she has been treating herself to good food since her first day in London.
