For some gut free binge there was Truffle Sweet Potato Fries- sprinkled with some cajun spice and chef signature Pork Popcorn pork belly cubes fried to perfection and served with gomae mayo and the Burnt Brown Garlic Chicken that’s wok tossed chicken with burnt garlic and peppers.
From the dim sums almost everything came to the table Vegetable Glass Dumplings, Truffle Edamame & Cream Cheese Dumpling, Chicken and Chives, Spicy Prawn Dumplings. For the large plates lovers their Homemade Tagliatelle with Mushroom Fricassee and Truffle Oil or the Coleman Chicken & Mash with Pan seared chicken breast with a creamy mash and Coleman mustard sauce or the Baby Back Ribs -Miso Braised baby back ribs with pickled chili and roasted baby potatoes & fennel salad surely tops the list.
